  • What do I need to do if I want to return an item?

    All returns, refunds and exchanges contact [email protected] before returning any items.

    • Change of mind

      • The product must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the item. If exchanging an item, enclose a stamped, self-addressed Australia Post satchel to accommodate the returned item. With all tags still attached and/or in the condition in which it was purchased and presented with original receipt.

    • Wrong size/colour

      • The product must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the item. If exchanging an item, enclose a stamped, self-addressed Australia Post satchel to accommodate the returned item. With all tags still attached and/or in the condition in which it was purchased and presented with original receipt.

    If you are returning or exchanging an item, it needs to be returned to us in the original condition it was sent to you. This includes packaging were practicable, e.g. footwear boxes.

    Refunds will only be processed for goods, returned with accompanying documentation, and if the goods are in good condition. A re-stocking fee may apply.

    Please note, the postage of the returned item, and postage for exchanged goods are to be paid by you, the customer unless otherwise arranged.

  • What is your Warranty Policy?

    Please contact us as soon as you have found a fault with the product.

    Do not continue to use the product as this might void the warranty, we understand if you have no choice to continue to use the item out field.

    By law we do require proof of purchase to assess items under warranty.

    Items will only be assessed if they are clean and hygienic for our staff to handle them under the OHS act. If an item is not clean on arrival we may refuse to fix it or you may be charged a cleaning fee of $45.00.

    We will endeavour to fix or replace as soon as possible if it’s covered under warranty.

    Warranties generally cover manufacturing defaults and workmanship and do don’t cover misuse or inappropriate use, wear and tear.

    Warranties lengths do vary for different products; please contact us to find these out.

  • What is my size?

    You will find a size chart on each products page. If this is not sufficient, please contact our customer service team who can advise you on your decision. We are currently working on a universal size chart for to help you decide on which size is best suited for you.
