PLATATAC MOLLE Mesh Cummerbund

The PLATATAC Molle Mesh Cummerbund is a scalable solution to address the ever growing need for the modern soldier or LEO to increase their load and mission specific items.

The cummerbund attaches to both the front and rear plate bag via Velcro (cummerbund has hook toward body front and back). It features a 125mm (H) x 100mm (W) field of Velcro to secure both the front and rear of the cummerbund. The front  has an ultra comp handle to assist in donning & doffing.

From the rear of the cummerbund, there is a small section of elastic so that the user is able to breathe easier when wearing their armour tightly during rigorous operations. Moving forward, the cummerbund has a main body of Nylon mesh which helps to maintain its form whilst allowing the body to cool.

On the outside, the cummerbund is faced entirely with 3 rows of Molle so that the user can attach any pouches that they see fit for their specific mission.

Internally, there is also a full face of Molle so that the user can attach items to the inside of the cummerbund, thus sucking it into the body so that items don’t flop around and stay more secure. This is ideal for heavy items you won’t need to reinsert often such as radios, magazines or side armour. Furthermore, this field of Molle is made up of loop Velcro which creates a more universal system as you are not limited to only Molle but also Velcro style attaching pouches.
