Platatac 3L Insertion Bladder (PIB) V2

When performing any outdoor activity, staying hydrated is key. Water helps to increase your endurance while improving your performance. However, it’s often cumbersome to pack a significant amount of water (with traditional water bottles) and take it on your hiking or backpacking adventure.

The Platypus Insertion Bladder (PIB) provides a leak-proof and reliable solution to keep water at the ready, allowing you to do what you need to do - longer.

Made from a durable rubber material, the PIB features a large twist cap with handle, to allow easy filling from Jerries out field. There's also rubber seals at the cap & tube port to eliminate leakage.

The use utilises a silicon bite valve, with auxiliary on/off valve to avoid accidental leakage. It's also wrapped in a neoprene sleeve to aid in protection and to keep water in the tube cool.

A hook at the top of the PIB helps secure it to any of our 3L covers or our Echo Hydration pack.
