Terms and Conditions

1. The ‘Once in a Blue Moon Sale’ Promotions will begin at 12:00 am Saturday, December 1st 2018 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 12.00am (AEDT) on December 8th 2018 (the “End Date”). Discounts will only be valid during this time. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.
    
2. The ‘Once in a Blue Moon Sale’ promotional offers are only valid online and in retail stores. All discounts will not be honoured outside of these terms in any way.

4. All prices are as shown on the platatac.com website.  Discounts will be calculated and reflected in the price at checkout.
    
5. Only while stocks last! Once products are sold out, there will be no re-stock of items.
    
6. No rain cheques, the discounted price will only run during the specified times.

8. All sale items reduced prior to the ‘Once in a Blue Moon Sale’ will be able to use the promo code XMAS25  to receive further discounting.
    
9. Platatac reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or change the Once in a Blue Moon Sale promotion at its sole discretion.
    
10. Any personal data relating to the buyer will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
