How to Measure
A - Chest Measurement
To measure chest, wrap the tape measure under your armpits, around the fullest part of your chest. Avoid being too tight or too loose, as this may constrict breathing or cause the tape to slip. Stand normally without puffing or flexing your chest.
B - Sleeve Length Measurement
To measure arm length on a jacket, start at the shoulder where it meets your neck and extend the tape measure down the arm, following the natural curve, to the wrist bone. Ensure your arm is relaxed at your side for accurate measurement.
WHEN FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.
At Platatac, our mission is simple: build gear that works where it matters most. From the jungles of Southeast Asia to sub-zero alpine patrols, urban raids to remote deployments, our products are tested and trusted by those who serve on the frontline.
We don’t chase trends. We build reliable solutions.
Designed with input from veterans and frontline professionals, every pouch, pack, and garment is made to outlast the mission.
Why Platatac?
-
Trusted Worldwide
From Australian, NZ, UK, German, and French Special Forces to US Marines, Australian and UK police tactical units to New Zealand SAR teams, Platatac gear supports missions across borders, climates, and operations.
-
Designed for Purpose
Every product is developed with input from end-users in the field—not just a design studio. We build solutions, not shelf fillers. Gear that earns its place through performance, not packaging.
-
Built to Last
Our gear is meant to be used, abused, and trusted. Platatac products are chosen not for how they look in photos, but how they perform when everything’s on the line.
