Free shipping on Australian orders $200 AUD and over.

For orders under $200, shipping is dynamically calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.

We use trusted carriers like Australia Post, and DHL — with full tracking provided for every order.

Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. However, during major sales like EOFY, Black Friday, and Boxing Day, there could be delays in processing and shipping your order.

We ship worldwide.

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your destination, parcel weight and dimensions.

For customers in the UK and European Union, applicable VAT, import duties and import fees are paid by Platatac. An automatic Tax/Duty Offset is applied at checkout, so the only additional cost you pay is shipping.

For other international destinations, applicable taxes and duties may be collected at checkout or payable on import depending on the destination and shipping method.

• All international orders include full tracking.
• Australia Post International Standard: approximately 5–10 business days.
• Australia Post International Express: approximately 3–6 business days.
• DHL Express: approximately 1–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

U.S. Military APO / FPO Addresses

We ship to U.S. Military APO / FPO addresses via Australia Post International only. Unfortunately, DHL Express does not deliver to APO / FPO addresses.

United States

All orders shipped to the United States attract applicable import duties and the current 12.5% tariff.

For orders valued up to US$2,500, both Australia Post International and DHL Express can collect applicable duties, tariffs and taxes at checkout. Your order is then shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with nothing further payable on delivery.

Orders valued above US$2,500 are shipped via DHL Express only.

We do not offer Australia Post services where duties or taxes are payable on delivery. All applicable import charges must be paid in advance and will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Canada

All Canadian orders shipped via Australia Post International or DHL Express are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

Applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, then paid to the relevant Canadian authorities on your behalf. There should be nothing further to pay on delivery.

United Kingdom

Product prices for customers in the United Kingdom have been adjusted to account for applicable UK VAT, import duties and related import fees.

An automatic Tax/Duty Offset is applied at checkout to help reduce the impact of these additional costs. Platatac pays the applicable VAT, import duties and import fees on your behalf.

For orders below £135, customers may choose between eligible Australia Post International services and DHL Express. Orders above £135 are shipped via DHL Express only.

Once the Tax/Duty Offset has been applied, the only additional cost you pay is shipping. Your order is shipped with duties and taxes paid, with nothing further payable on delivery.

European Union

Product prices for customers in the European Union have been adjusted to account for applicable local VAT, import duties and related import fees.

An automatic Tax/Duty Offset is applied at checkout to help reduce the impact of these additional costs. Platatac pays the applicable VAT, import duties and import fees on your behalf.

For orders below €150, customers in most EU countries may choose between eligible Australia Post International services and DHL Express. Orders above €150 are shipped via DHL Express only.

Once the Tax/Duty Offset has been applied, the only additional cost you pay is shipping. Your order is shipped with duties and taxes paid, with nothing further payable on delivery.

Due to country-specific low-value import or customs handling fees that postal carriers cannot process as prepaid shipments, orders to the following countries are shipped via DHL Express only, regardless of order value:

• Denmark
• Finland
• France
• Germany
• Netherlands
• Portugal

New Zealand

Product prices shown to customers in New Zealand are inclusive of New Zealand GST and any import fees.

For orders below NZ$1,000, customers may choose between eligible Australia Post International services and DHL Express. Order below NZ$1,000 generally do not attract duties. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Orders above NZ$1,000 are shipped via DHL Express only. Any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, with nothing further payable on delivery.

Rest of the World

Available shipping methods and the treatment of duties and taxes vary by destination.

Where Australia Post shipping is available without prepaid import charges, any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes or customs fees remain the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the destination country before delivery.

Where DHL Express is available, applicable duties and taxes can be calculated and collected at checkout so the order is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

AUSTRALIA

We proudly support Australian Defence Force personnel deployed overseas.

Orders selected as AFPO less than 2KG must be for AFPO addresses only.

U.S. MIlitary APO / FPO Addresses

We also ship to U.S. Military APO / FPO addresses but only via AusPost International. Unfortunately DHL does not deliver to U.S. Military APO / FPO addresses.

• Orders are generally dispatched within the next 1–2 business days after you placed your order.
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is picked and packed by our fulfillment team.
• Please note it can take 24-36 hours or more for tracking details to begin flowing on your tracking URL

*During peak periods such as EOFY, Black Friday, and Boxing Day sales, please allow a some extra time for processing. We will endeavour to prioritse Express Shipping orders, from oldest to newest.

All orders require a signature or secure delivery. If no one is available:

• A card will be left for collection or re-delivery
• Uncollected parcels may be returned to us after 14 days

If we need to resend your order due to an incorrect address or failed collection, re-shipping charges may apply.

All parcels include tracking. If your parcel is marked as delivered but can’t be found:

• First, check with household members, neighbours, or building managers
• Then contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
• Still can’t locate it? Contact us and we’ll help escalate with the carrier

Platatac is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to help you recover or replace your order.
