Free shipping on Australian orders $200 AUD and over.
For orders under $200, shipping is dynamically calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.
We use trusted carriers like Australia Post, and DHL — with full tracking provided for every order.
- Standard delivery time: 2–6 business days
- Remote areas: allow additional time
- Express options available at checkout
Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. However, during major sales like EOFY, Black Friday, and Boxing Day, there could be delays in processing and shipping your order.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates are based on destination, weight, and size, and are calculated in real-time at checkout. This means you’ll only pay what it actually costs to ship — no bloated flat rate fees.
- All international orders include full tracking.
- Delivery time varies by country (estimated 5–15 business days).
- Express services available to most regions.
U.S. MIlitary APO / FPO Addresses
We also ship to U.S. Military APO / FPO addresses but only via AusPost International. Unfortunately DHL does not deliver to U.S. Military APO / FPO addresses.
CUSTOMS DUTIES, TARIFFS, TAXES
United States & Canada
U.S. and Canadian Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) meaning you will not be liable for any additional duties, tarrifs or taxes. Any applicable customs duties, tariffs, and taxes will be clearly shown and collected from you at checkout. We then pay those duties and taxes directly to United States CBP and Canadian CBSA to ensure your order is shipped to you without any issues or delays.
United Kingdom
UK orders below £135 generally do not attract duties. However, UK VAT is payable and these taxes will be clearly shown and collected at checkout, where applicable.
UK orders above £135 may attract duties and VAT. These duties and VAT are the responsibility of you, the customer, and will be collected by your local customs authority.
European Union
EU orders below the IOSS threshold of €150 generally do not attract duties. However, VAT is payable and these taxes will be clearly shown and collected at checkout, where applicable.
EU orders above the IOSS threshold of €150 will attract duties and VAT. These duties and VAT are the responsibility of you, the customer, and will be collected by your local customs authority.
We recommend you split any large order so each order is below the €150 IOSS threshold. This will ensure a smoother and quicker delivery.
Rest of the World
Any duties, tarrifs, and or taxes are the sole responbility of the customer. Your local customs agency will contact you if there are any duties and taxes applicable to your order.

Orders selected as AFPO less than 2KG must be for AFPO addresses only.

Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are generally dispatched within the next 1–2 business days after you placed your order.
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is picked and packed by our fulfillment team.
- Please note it can take 24-36 hours or more for tracking details to begin flowing on your tracking URL
*During peak periods such as EOFY, Black Friday, and Boxing Day sales, please allow a some extra time for processing. We will endeavour to prioritse Express Shipping orders, from oldest to newest.
Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
All orders require a signature or secure delivery. If no one is available:
- A card will be left for collection or re-delivery
- Uncollected parcels may be returned to us after 14 days
If we need to resend your order due to an incorrect address or failed collection, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Orders
All parcels include tracking. If your parcel is marked as delivered but can’t be found:
- First, check with household members, neighbours, or building managers
- Then contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- Still can’t locate it? Contact us and we’ll help escalate with the carrier
Platatac is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to help you recover or replace your order.
