Haley Strategic D3 Belt (V2)

The D3 Belt combines the latest load carriage construction techniques with superior lightweight laminate materials to deliver a truly innovative solution for the modern warfighter, law enforcement officer, and responsible armed citizen.

Attention: Refer to the sizing guide, belt size is based on WAIST SIZE, not pants size. Pant size is impacted by vanity adjustments and is generally 2” to 4” smaller than true waist measurement. If you fall between sizing intervals, we recommend purchasing the size up.

MHA Installation: If using the True North Concepts Modular Holster Adaptor, install the MHA tabs through the MOLLE pattern of the D3 Belt and securely clamp the laminate material. DO NOT USE THE RUBBER WASHERS. Using the MHA rubber washers prevents adequate clamping force and allows the MHA to abrade the belt causing premature wear and tear. It is also advisable to use thread locker such as Loctite® 242 to secure all hardware.

Load Rating Warning: The D3 Belt was independently tested to meet and exceed the UIAA 105 load rating standards but is NOT certified by the UIAA due to the exclusion of leg loops. The D3 Belt must be used in conjunction with appropriate, load rated leg loops that meet or exceed EN12277:2016 to form a Type C Sit Harness when used for rappelling, restraint, or other tethering operations.

• The D3 Belt features a brand new Overlock Tab closure system that secures behind the buckle providing 360-degree rigidity for all day comfort and superior weight distribution around the hips. Traditional nylon belt systems are flimsy at the buckle closure resulting in uncomfortable all-day wear and unequal weight distribution.
• The MOLLE interface on the D3 Belt features improved 1/2" spacing that allows for enhanced positioning of pouches while maintaining direct compatibility with Malice Clips®, traditional MOLLE/PALS webbing, and the Haley Strategic Mandible® MOLLE Straps.
• The COBRA® closure, developed in collaboration with AustriAlpin exclusively for the D3 Belt, includes an all-new Snakebite anti-slip clamp that eliminates strap creep and belt loosening under load/movement.
• Inboard, the D3 Belt utilizes VELCRO® Brand High Technology Hook for unmatched adhesion to the inner belt where traditional nylon belt systems use regular hook and loop resulting in poor inner to outer belt adhesion.
• The D3 Belt's primary construction consists of nIR compliant laser cut nylon laminate and 4,000lb MBS rated tubular webbing for uncompromising strength that is thinner and lighter than traditional nylon belts. The integrated Parachute D-ring exceeds ANSI, CSA, EN, and NFPA standards for fall protection with a 5,000 lb MBS rating. Selection of the strongest and most advanced materials was required to meet the independent third-party testing standards to achieve a 10kN load rating as prescribed in UIAA 105/ EN12277:2016 standards for mountaineering equipment. The D3 Belt must be used in conjunction with appropriate, load rated leg loops that meet or exceed EN12277:2016 to form a Type C Sit Harness when used for rappelling, restraint, or other tethering operations.
