    We’ve migrated your order history from our old system — but your passwords can’t come with us.

    Here’s what to do:

    • At checkout, enter the same email address you used previously.
    • You’ll receive a 6-digit code via email, or if you already have an account with Shopify's Shop, you might receive an SMS.
    • Enter the code to activate your new account, reclaim your history, and continue seamlessly.

    Please note that as your historical orders have been migrated from a different ecommerce platform, the Buy again and Request returns will not work on these historical orders. But rest assured, there's no limitations on any orders made on this new platform.
