The Platatac Mini Alpha Assault Pack is a compact, mission-ready pack designed for carrying essential sustainment and equipment without the bulk of a full-size assault pack.
Built around the same design philosophy as our larger Alpha series packs, the Mini Alpha provides a highly capable load carriage option in a smaller footprint—ideal for short duration missions, vehicle operations, range days, or situations where mobility and a low-profile setup are critical.
The pack can be run as a standalone assault pack when paired with the Platatac Echo Straps V2 (sold separately), providing a lightweight and streamlined carry option for essential gear.
Where the Mini Alpha really shines is in its system integration. The pack can be mounted directly to the Platatac CHICOM Back Panel – Large Mesh, allowing it to function as a sustainment or mission-specific pack within a chest rig configuration. It can also be attached to the rear of the Platatac SMAC 4 Plate Carrier, or any compatible MOLLE-equipped plate carrier, providing additional storage without compromising front-mounted equipment.
This modular approach allows the Mini Alpha to move seamlessly between standalone pack, chest rig sustainment pack, or plate carrier back panel, adapting to the mission and loadout requirements.
