The Platatac SOF Smock Liner Jacket (SSL) was purpose-built to complete the SOF Smock layering system, delivering lightweight insulation without compromising mobility, breathability or comfort.
Designed to integrate seamlessly beneath the Platatac SOF Smock, the SSL transforms the smock into a highly capable cold-weather system while maintaining the freedom of movement and layering flexibility demanded by military and professional users. The low-bulk design fits comfortably beneath outer layers without restricting movement or creating unnecessary bulk.
Equally at home worn on its own, the SSL is a versatile insulated jacket for cool mornings, evenings around camp, range days or everyday wear. Constructed from high-performance grid fleece, it provides excellent warmth while remaining highly breathable and moisture-wicking, helping regulate body temperature during both static and active tasks.
A high collar, close-fitting hood and thumb loops help retain warmth when temperatures drop, while three zippered pockets provide secure storage for essential equipment whether worn as a standalone jacket or beneath an outer shell.
