Platatac CRABS V2 Fixed Mag Placard

The Platatac CRABS V2 Fixed Mag Placard is a streamlined fighting placard designed to provide a stable, low-profile magazine carriage solution for plate carriers and chest rigs.

Built around the CRABS V2 architecture, the placard features five integrated pouches — three primary rifle magazine cells and two pistol magazine pouches — giving users a balanced ammunition load without the bulk of modular magazine panels.

The three central rifle cells are sized to securely retain 5.56 M4 pattern magazines or AK magazines, while the two outer pouches accommodate double-stack 9mm / .40 pistol magazines. Rifle magazines are retained with adjustable shock cord for fast access and positive retention, while the pistol pouches can be run with bungee or flap retention depending on user preference.

The placard mounts using ITW Nexus split-bar buckles, allowing rapid attachment to the Platatac SMAC plate carrier series or other placard-compatible armour carriers. It can also be integrated into a CRABS V2 chest rig setup when paired with the appropriate harness and back panel.

Designed for users who prefer a fixed, ready-to-run configuration, the CRABS V2 Fixed Mag Placard delivers a clean, efficient fighting load straight out of the box while still maintaining compatibility with the broader CRABS ecosystem, including ASAD sub-load panels and other Velcro sandwich accessories.
